Perfrnce reviews, career plans and personel requests are concidered when preparing a training programme, and a position in the company may be assigned accordingly. The training options may change at the disgression of the company.
Off-Site / Outsourced Training
Off-Site / Outsourced trainers are chosen via HR after reviewing their previous experience, references, and a demo class has been preformed. In most cases these will be professors in their field.
On-site / Internal Training
Those (company personel) who have received adaqate training to teach and are adepts in their field will be asked to trainer.
